At the heart of the villa, an indoor fireplace anchors the open living area - especially welcome on those Catalina evenings when the temperature drops and the day winds down naturally. Natural light fills the space from morning through afternoon, with large windows framing the hillside setting. Comfortable seating gives everyone room to settle in, and when the mood calls for it, a TV and Wi-Fi are ready. A set of board games is tucked away for slower afternoons when you'd rather not look at a screen. A ceiling fan and heating system keep things comfortable whatever the island weather delivers.
